Under the Manjaly Service Co-operative Bank (SCB), Manjaly Extracts and Products has established a value-added processing system for arrowroot, covering procurement, extraction, processing, and marketing, thereby enhancing farmer income and promoting rural agro-industrial development. This initiative was presented to Hon. Minister P. Rajeev as a model for sustainable value addition in the agricultural sector.
